Regardless of who built it or paid for it, it was an expensive IAC asset that was destroyed.

I was under the impression that this seemingly endless war was more or less strated during the fall of LV and V. I just think you have isolated a small portion of the timeline which favors more in 'your sides' favor. As for the 'Baby Nyx' thats just a big pile of minerals not a ship. Also for the record, ISS played only a small (yet valuble) part in the killing of the first IAC mom. I'm just preparing my impromptu remarks.
