Morrowind...
I love it, every time I'm bored I instantly think "lets play morrowind" and every single time it different then the last.
What games do you love playing that each time you play it, its pretty much a new or still fun experience.

Played it as sniper, diplomat, thief, brute, knifes, fists, dumb melee, dumb sniper, stealing diplomat, solo, with a zoo, with melees only, with heavy guns only, grenades, married, ... gets me everytime

Earthbound.....simplistic graphics maybe, but a great script, great music and the weirdest end of game battle ever.

Megaman X 1-5.7-8 not so much.
The thing with 6 is i'm like like REALLY fast/good at megaman X/Z/ZX series and in the end it just comes down to playing a couple of the final bosses perfectly 10-20 times until you get a lucky break. Otherwise it's an ok game.

I'd actually have to say Counterstrike. It's a game i always keep installed, and which i can always boot up for a quick round or so in Dust2.
Although, that might have more to do with the fact that i've never found a 'stable server' with a constant population in ut/ut2k4...
/me installs ut2k4 again, you bastards
edit: And Gran Turismo 4! I keep putting it in the PS2 from time to time to do a few laps of Midfield or La Sarthe every now and then in a new car :)

Lot's of good stuff mentioned, so I'll just add the Need For Speed games, and my favourite is Most Wanted. I know many beat down on the physics etc, but I quite like it nonetheless. Always fun to start a pursuit and see how long I can last. Learning how to handle the cement truck properly with a keyboard (never bothered to get a wheel) was a challenge, but a fun and rewarding one  .
