I apologize to any person who joined the game based off of that shacknews article. The game is not playable. The game hasn't been playable for the past year. How amusing, when the lag works in your favour (hi hi jv1v) it's "game mechanics" and "hey, it's not our fault we've got friends".

But when you get owned in the face the game is unplayable and you're suddenly "embarrassed"?

tbf, after the showing from GF tonight I'd be pretty damned embarrassed too. Unlucky.

RSF bring massive amounts of revenue into Eve through new players excited to participate in fleet combat. Meanwhile BoB sticks massive amounts of lag inducing fighters on gates to avoid/ruin fights and these two circumstances are somehow equal? I'm a neutral participant in this, but talking to people and seeing the killmails (where fighters overwhelming represent the killers today) validates my position. As a matter of fact, fighters represent the ONLY thing on killmails.
