Well I got to test my new FPS and thats all I wanted.
With 300 or so on grid, and a huge fighter, max settings + full effects on, I got 20 FPS while frapsing  ---

Rofl, we warped in our capitals only AFTER we had visual on theirs. We saw a cyno, but due to the lag, no capitals. Once we actually had a report of a capital, we warped the carriers in. ---

There were more fighters than players in 0OY. That's just sad...
Well, all it would take would be 1 in 9 players to be in a well-fitted carrier, and yes, there would be more fighters than players.  ---

If you're fighting on grid, dreads tank better and do more damage. On the other hand, carriers make the server unplayable.
Exactly what was the reasoning behind the decision to order dreadnoughts to not show up, and for every available player to be in a carrier?

Dreads do more damage than carriers to a completely static structure or another capital ship, yes, but we expected you to bring a huge non-cap gang, which is what you did, no? Carriers are better tanks as they will be loaded with remote repairers, meaning they can remote rep each other and other ships in the fleet. Dreads in siege can't be remote repped, and can't FIT a remote rep capably, so there is no point in using a dread in that scenario.

If there hadn't been lag, your capitals would have been outnumbered and outgunned by the force jumping in. Sadly, around 1/7 of them got in, and they didn't load.
