Hiiighly offensive, and most people will see it as such no matter which definition you mean. Especially seeing as 95% of people only know it as the racial slur.

No linguistic freedom when using words that offend 95% of people. I could call you a ******* **** of a ****stick, consider it a compliment - but CCP and most of the people on these forums would consider what I said an insult, and treat it as such. (and censor it, in the case of CCP).
CCP will stick with the majority, your little 5% plainly isn't that.
