Only for the first 30 seconds assuming the Zealot doesnt have to move to be able to fire[if the Zealot has to move for 2 seconds, that number is 15 seconds]. If the target would not last 30 seconds then the Pulse Zealot is not an advantagious fit over the Beam Zealot, because at that point DPS is less important than range.

yes thanks for confirming my point. It takes a whole half minute for the cerb to catch up in damage done. You add another turret to the thing, and the cerb will never outdamage it, coupled with its insane low speed, and high mass it will literally have no point whatsoever.

I'm personally pro +1 turret to the Zealot, tbh.
But, if they add +1 to the Zealot, the Eagle will require +1 turret as well.
The Muninn, I think, could stand another mid slot to be "in line" with the Zealot/Eagle at that point.

Wait, so the cerb being better because its better in all situations that call for that fit makes it worse?
That the cerb can then also hit out to as far as it can lock is not a bonus? Its one of the best small gang ships especially combined with skirmish mods, where it is fast enough to deal DPS, and can put DPS on any target that presents itself.
The only thing the Cerb needs at this point is a powergrid reduction on hams.

No it wont. If the Eagle only had 1 range bonus it would make sesne, but it has two, and so it is not.

Do you have trouble reading? Better in all situations where mid range is at an advantage. The smaller the gang and the better the speed bonuses the better.

Agree. Being a sort of a longrange HAC - 5th turret is useless for nos/neutralizer. Plz make 5th turret even at the cost of golden armor.

I fly a nano-pulse-Zealot. It's a lot of fun, but doesn't compare to the Curse, Sacrilege, or Ishtar in terms of dps and stopping power.
Honestly the only reason I fly one is because people see me and think "oooh a Zealot, easy HAC kill!"... that is untill I start flying circles around them at 27k. 
I've had no shortage of fights lately that's for sure, which is kind of a good/bad thing depending on how you look at it.
