Francesca Fritzlestickz Snopes	Posted - 2007.09.17 20:06:00 - [1] it seems that Youwhat has given Fallen souls some solar systems in regions where Triumvirate isn't allowed to enter for pvp due to an agreement. is fallen souls exploiting this agreement to the fullest extent? is fallen souls running to the safe haven to avoid the feared triumvirate and possibley planning a counter attack while basing from within the surrounding YouWhat borders?
