One of the goals of recon is to accept black ops contracts against any target, empire or 0.0
This will not mean going from contract to contract as full fledged mercs ,however, but each contract will be carefully considered, and not on contract one after the other with no breathing room.

I had a similar plan last year with a recon and covops based corp that would not be based out of a station but utilize a Mothership as it's mobile home, making 0.0 excursions easier for refit/repair and having resources available to the pilots involved. Nice to see someone is running with it.
I had entirely to many people involved that weren't dedicated to devote their skill training to the necessary skills. That was my biggest problem with [SPIR].

Thats right! We're getting 1-2 members / day at this rate,
and all those who's being recruited are players with a great
attitude, all around experience and that also make good as
team players.
If you can keep up the basic standards of PvP, and are able
to fly with us in a Recon or the Covert op, then you should
have a chat with us in our Public Channel; "RECON-CORP".
We also accept other pilot licenses then those above, but
we whould suggest you to train for atleast Covert Op while
operating in the corporation.

i can only recommend this corp. Right now it's mixed with a fair share of experienced recon pilots and some younger pilots starting to learn how to fly these things. Also as a director it's getting quite annoying to get all this spam mail...

Recon/Cov ops Trained pilots only accepted now. We have two rookies who we have taken under our wing. They are close to their recon ship goal.
If you are very close we may make an exception.
We are cool, layed back, but we still play to win, if in the end we lose, then so be it, no cussing, no fighting no *****ing. You play any game to win in the first place, so we're not saying, we're layed back, we do not care if we lose, we are saying we try our best, if the enemy wins tonight, we'll be back. And there's no blame and pointed fingers for who made mistakes etc..
I didn't have to even say that because losses are non existent so far but still. :)

We're getting closer to the end of this recruitment stage. That means that the requierments are even higher, due to the few more pilots we'll accept. so, If you can't fly Recon, or Cov Op, don't bother talking to us.
We also wont accept corporation jumpers with an employment history of a corp / month, or worse, nor will we accept those with a security status at -3.0, and below.
When our sec status is getting lower, we do something about it

Been browsing the recruitment forum on off for a few months now, looking for some corp that I could join.
I noticed this post when it first came up, but back then was only midway through my recon training.
Anyway, I have finally finished trainning and fully fitted for the Caldari Recons Cruisers and its time I made some use for it.
My only problem is I am playing in +8 GMT time zone (yeah, somewhere around Singapore). Not sure how many of your members are active around this time. I am on most days of the week around 12.00-16.00 Eve time and more flexible in the weekends.
I would like to be active on Corp Ops, but if nothing is happening in those times above (either cos u guys are at work, asleep) or not enough members, then let me know and I'll withdraw and save us all the trouble of joining up and just being a useless number in the roster.

yeah mate, we're prolly mostly alseep or at work during that time. thats like 8 a.m - 12 p.m for me.
I am on sometimes during those times, because I work shift, but Im usually idling :)
