just my 2 cents
I'd boost it's HP, tbh.

Originally by: Pilk IAC has now lost, quite legitimately (i.e., they lost it to a superior enemy, not to offlined POS's, 600-man rookie-ship lagbombs, or login traps) 25S-, and is about to lose FAT-6P. FAT-, especially, is a core system for them. At worst, the battle holds. In reality, I feel GBC is winning right now.
Pretty hard to take the system when you failed to take POS down today that came out of reinforced
Maybe FAT will see a more eventful day tomorrow

All this talk about being bailed out by AAA... I'm sure they want to kill bobits no matter where they are
We brought everyone we knew to the party. IAC has done the same, and continues to try to bring more--witness the epic Goon "tank for EM damage doomsdays!" fleetdeath to Orange Species' Ragnarok a few days back. IAC's allies, with the very notable exception of -A-, simply can't be arsed to regularly travel 40+ jumps to help them. The Alliance thrives on helping its friends, even at tremendous logistical cost, even if those friends, frankly, suck--just look at our 5-capital-jump trip down into Fountain to defend a bunch of Xelas POS's against Morsus Mihi in the middle of our Northern campaign against D2 and friends.
In the end, the Alliance's united leadership means that, when Molle says, "Go here, shoot this," we go there and shoot that. In the Coalition, a thousand little egos must be danced around to get anything done. Until you appoint a fleet admiral, you'll be a swarm of ants trying to take down an army. You'll occasionally take down a soldier or two, but you'd take down a lot more if half your army weren't invading the picnic across the street, and half of what's left weren't busy building a new anthill in Uruguay.

The extreme misinformation you seem to posses and post is extremely entertaining. Carry on.

Originally by: Saltire so what happened in FAT?
All POS's saved at the cost of 2 Dreads and a dozen or so battleships (which were actually lost on an offensive, see below).
Big thank you goes out to -A-, RED, CVA, BoS and the others that where there :)
The 2 dreads and battleships were lost to a bad call. I believe we had an MS bubbled and bumped off the POS shields but he managed to get back in. A dread was scrammed by the POS and we tried to save it. He went into siege and came out with 25% hull(?) and was repped back up with carriers and logistics. The POS had 3 Scrams on it (and a lot of guns, faction I believe?), 2 dreads and our support managed to take out 2 of them before a large McBoB support gang got there.
Unfortunately, we did not have enough support to take on the 4 motherships that logged on and keep the 2 dreads alive and we had to warp out as McBoB brought in more and more support.
The call was made to warp out to save the other capitals that were there.

Perhaps the reader may also wish to quote that you uncloaked at a pos while the fleet was away, fired a missile in a stealth bomber, and ran when I chased you.
/me Salutes
Actually, I recall uncloaking twice, and hitting the tower twice. The first time a Curse came out of the shields and launched drones. He managed to get within 5km of me. After awhile he gave up and went back into the PoS. I watched as one of his drones got stuck on the shields as he hastily made his get-away. He went back to the very edge of the shields and it went back into his bay, which was obviously an exploit, as he didn't actually leave the shields.
The second time I uncloaked, everything in the PoS warped away, leaving a stranded carrier behind. I proceeded to r@ped your tower solo again, unopposed, as you were understandably afraid to warp back in. I ended up blowing up the PoS and taking a carrier down with it. Here is the killmail:

Owned? I would say so. FRAPS will be available shortlyÖ.
