Am I being thick here and have missed something or is this a major bug?
I recently petitioned my lvl 4 high q administration agent because he was giving me nothing but kill missions. GM told me that most of his missions were kill. I asked him if the 50/50 ratio had changed and he said to post here. So I has dun.

The statistic from eve-info.com reads as 50:50. Two possible things.
1) the statistic may have changed but the missions seem to be in the same proportions. Although note that I got a production mission agent which offered me a single kill mission (not out of the question). It may be that the deletion of certain missions may have changed the statistic. You'd have to try 1000-10000 missions to get a reasonable statistic with a decent confidence interval.
2) You may have just had a bad run. Statistically it's possible that the agent would only ever give you kill missions albiet unlikely.
I agree I don't have the features to be a holoreel star.
Most people have missed the point that this is Mobsters Online and that carebears are at the bottom of the foodchain. |

Administration is one of the 5 encounter type agents, majority kill. |

The people who do the "Matari mineral index" have started logging all missions to get an up to date ratio. check out this thread and join up and enter all your missions. Its cool because it gives you a running list of your previous 20 missions so you can track upcoming storylines.

so really that needs about 400-500 mission to be more accurate

We are working at it as we speak :) those 188 missions are 1 weeks worth. I am doing Admin with 2 agents and getting mostly kill missions, actually more with the lvl 4 than with the lvl 2 agent.

my last admin agent gave me mostly kill, just moved onto a new one and so far 11 courier in a row. Its a higher quality than before, so im making more lp off 1 jump courier than doing a 1 and a half hour mission lol

I get mostly kill of admin, then 2-3 carppy courier in a row then a load more kill
