I am thinking of getting an Eos for Small gang and Solo pvp. So I tried fitting one using Quick Fit. Here is what i came up with.

I've still to work out how to run the cap simulation without buggering something up.

why dont you just go 4 guns / 3 neuts with dual cap booster and skip the warfare link + tracking link.

Rigs? I'd go with a Auxillery Nano Pump and a Hybrid accelerater/Nano Accelerator.
And yeah, I'd drop the warfare link and pick up an energy nuet. And a Sensor Booster II would probably be of more use than that tracking link.
And fit some faction, mate. (Specifically your tank, warp disruptor, and web (Try Dark Blood/True Sansha)

i would dump the omni, and put more variety in the drones, every one tanks thermal. a little bit of EW/logistix drones goes well too.
i would scrap the light drones, thier just to anoy inty's, but neut drones do it better, alhtough u ain't using the potential 300m3 bay

5x Meds (Hammerhead IIs) (7 days off Command Ships V)
this is for gang use (I have 8m+ in leadership) so really relying on others for damage dealing and Tackling
