Glad you found one, I dropped 10 LoveCans in total yesterday night, and I know an ebil pirate snatched at least 3 of them so there may be another 6 happy(?) pilots out there who found the other cans 
The love will continue to be spread for sure, keep an eye out for them LoveCans of mine haha

The thing in Empire though is that you get flagged for taking the can. And the only way for pilots to be able to loot my cans without the fear of getting popped when flagged is to use Chribba, as the cans with the 'OTHER' ticker is safe to loot since I don't shoot anyone. Doing the same with an alt takes away that security for pilots as they wouldn't know it was my alt.

Except I jettison the Love, not dropping secure (unanchored) cans, and I really don't want to roam around in a hauler just to be able to drop secure cans. Thank you for the tip though
