I want brighter stars..
What's the story on the stars? The planets stand out like sore thumbs.. The stars should be, at most, as bright as the planets. And I think the stars got dimmer after last patch.
And why is it in dark space you can barely see the stars, but in brighter areas like near the sun and in nebulae, you can see the stars better. That doesn't make sense. The stars should stand out more in the dark areas, not the suns corona.
I mean this is space.. If you left earths atmosphere you would see zillions of bright stars.. In EVE I feel like IĈm in a universe without stars sometimes. What's the deal?
I guess alot of people are satisfied with flying around in a non-star lit universe. But I want bright stars all around me.
So maybe you could make a slider that add more and brighter stars.. An option for me to have more and brighter stars, and still other people can have less and barely lit stars simply by adjusting a slider.
Ok.. That's my idea. I'm sure it will get bumped to page 4 by stupid ideas in a matter of minutes but oh well.

The point is that I can barely see the stars. And I know CCP has the ability to make the stars brighter as they have in the past numerous times, changed their brightness.
Shouldn't be hard to make a star brightness slider in the options.

Why?
Go outside at night, look at the sky. You see that really f*cking bright star, low in the sky in the evening?
That's a planet. Venus. It's the third brightest natural object in the sky, behind the Moon and the Sun. The stars come a long way behind them.
Why? Because they are MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS of times further away

Yes that's my point though.. It's funny, I actually decided to post this thread because I was outside looking at Venus.. No maybe it was Jupiter. Anyways.. It was clearly a planet. Wasn't twinkling, was bright, yadaĤ.. But even though this planet was shining brightly, you could still see stars shining almost just as bright around it. In EVE the stars are like only 5% the brightness of the planets.. And the planets are also much bigger dots in space than the stars. Which is also false.
