Seems RISE have been having a bad time out in RIT. They sought some help from BoB and were told that they they suck because they are getting pwned by a small group of PL guys. They were also told that help would not be coming, its their own problem and they need to stop sucking. Oddly this is a very popular phrase used by PL.
At any rate, looks like BoB won't be coming to help RISE and PL will get to finish destroying morale and gear in the RIT area.
Sorry to hear about RISE's bad luck out there.... PL, you guys are mean bastards

As much as I love watching RISE squirm, this post is not necessary. Those of us who care are already cackling gleefully at the killboards and there's no need for an alt flame post on CAOD.

Rise did get help from BoB, to which we quickly ran down a Goon Freighter that logged, Killed Mittian (hi james315), Killed Scavok, Killed Shamis Ortiz earlier on the way, and wiped out yet another goon fleet and left them questioning on thier TS how they suck so much and missed so many kills.

The freighter did not log, actually.
It must be irritating to have such an awesome K/D ratio yet still be losing the war. It seems like BoB is used to buying victories through shear isk alone and when it comes down to it, show an amazing lack of actual skill.

Funny, you say K/D ratio doesn't mean skill? Holding off 3 to 1 odds for nearly a year and only losing space which we originally took from you isn't skill? Using our own dreads rather than borrowed allies because you can't seem to muster a decent capital fleet no skill?
Winning every single fleet engagement that the goons can't muster 3 to 1 odds not skill. Not installing cloaks on fleet ships to hide from every threat lack of skill? Detering an 800 man fleet with equal capital numbers and about 400 less fleet ships not skill? Putting the fear of god into goons with our carriers only to have them blame their constant failures on game mechanics due to 1 instance where god forbid, lag backfired on them not skill?
Stop me when I've asked enough questions.........

I would say skill is pos bowling, remote DDing titans that can't be tackled. They were nerfed too much imho tbqh.
