The Guristas Associates are Gurista Loyalists, consider us an enemy of the state.
We weren't asked by EM to get involved, however you can consider marginal security space a no-fly-zone for State Loyalists, we are in Molden Heath to enforce that policy.
Additionally this means that the Matari can locate the Caldari fleets easilly in CONCORD controlled space and the loyalists movements are limited and this is just a pleasant side-effect.

You're concern for free trade in the republic is touching.
We only shoot people that will shoot us, and declare so by not wanting standings, or people that are hostile to the Republic.
