Fought an alliance quite recently like that. I noticed that there was 80 loss mails missing from one day, including carriers and commands ships, but apparently, they have a "post if you can be bothered" policy

It's a new "alliance" policy. I don't see how it's any different than your average "durrr we're resetting standings" post. Should prevent me from getting stupid eve-mails. Well, that's the hope anyway.

Get registered on a Russian eve-online forum and post your announcement there. At least you'll reach your apparent target audience.

I don't really know what to say to this. I thought the capital letters would have shown my sarcasm. Maybe I'll use stars to denote it next time or something. Or a /sarcasm or something? I didn't think it was that subtle

if losses arent posted so be it, the new offical eve killboard will post every loss and kill if it goes thro as expected, Someone can simply look up the stats and use that to determine , and it wil be automatic so no more forum *****fare over who and who doesnt post losses

Think I stopped caring about personal k/d ratios after one or the other laggy or slideshowish fleetbattle.
And ganking is also no real art, so imho the k/d ratio is just an indicator for your dedication to kill stuff in that case, not an indicator of skill.
