RISE are hemorrhaging about 12-13 members a day. In the last month they've lost over 200 people. Their factory service in RIT (the factory outpost) as been down for five days.
Between this and BoB's "pep talk" (which basically took a sledgehammer to their nuts) I don't forsee a bright future for RISE. They've basically been left out to dry by BoB. Much like Red Moon Federation.
Esoteria vassals and pets should start considering an evacuation while they can. After all, BoB has said they won't be supporting the deep south vassals, as evidenced by their pep talk with RISE. You might think this is just propaganda by a goonswarm member, but just listen to the damn audio and hear it for yourself: BoB doesn't care about you. They're having too much fun in Catch to give a damn about you. One of their main FCs said it themselves.
When the Pandemic Legion and GoonSwarm recon fleets start swarming Esoteria, do you think you can survive? Do you think you have what it takes? If you do, then stay. If you don't, try to get out as soon as you can, because your landlords wont help you, despite whatever "protection" money you may pay them. Do you want to get hung out to dry like RISE?

That was alliance leaders addressing their alliance members. This is a landlord telling their vassal that they won't be helping them keep their space and how they consider them to be worthless in combat/0.0 warfare.

BoB vassals also have to remember one thing: while BoB may in fact have the skillpoint and PvP skill over us, what does that mean to you? I mean, really mean to you? If BoB is unwilling to use their fancy-pants Titans and Motherships in your defense and keeps telling you "well we can't help you for the next three weeks soz m8" what the hell does their "invulerability" or supposed "omnipotence" mean to you, especially when you begin losing space? Why pay rent to an alliance if they're unwilling to help you?
BoB vassals also have to ask themselves if they like being called "pets", a term BoB, not their enemies, came up with. Do you have any pride when you're expected to hold space without their help while paying billions of ISK every month for "protection", and then have a BoB FC give you a "pep talk" about how much you suck and don't belong in 0.0 space? Who has to take that crap?
Consider your other options and consider what BoB has done and is willing to do for you. If the answer to the latter is "not much", maybe you should consider another possibility for your future.

Yeah, MC are the ones holding this war above water for BoB right now. If it weren't for them Querious would already be under AAA sov.
BoB needs to stop deluding themselves: without MC they wouldn't have killed the North, or saved Querious, or killed any of the capitals in 0OY. It's kind of sad that an "elite" alliance like BoB, of over 2500 members, can be outclassed in both skill and form by a 500-man alliance. I guess that's what you get for assimilating the likes of Veritas Immortalis and Lotka Volterra, and diluting yourselves down to nothing more than a band of k:d *****s who don't understand the meaning of strategic objectives.
