It's not propaganda, it's a direct transcript of an identified BOB FC LuckyDuck's pep talk to Rise. Not only was there a poor turnout, but LuckyDuck totally destroyed whatever morale Rise had left in it by describing how worthless Rise are, and in what a desperate situation they were in. How they are not about to get dedicated help from BOB either, but insisted they hold the fort, on their own, against a massive ennemy. So far the only thing holding Rise in place are sovereignty timers I imagine. CCP made conquering space slower no matter what blob you bring. I keep playing the goon remix of the tape over and over, it's hilarious.
