A galaxy can contain many super clusters and in turn those can contain many clusters. Galaxies can contain 10 million up to a trillion stars. According to the lore of Eve we are still in the Milky Way galaxy. We are only in a different star cluster than the one earth is in. The diameter of the Milky Way is around 100 000 light years, therefore Eve cluster is just a small part thereof. We are also probably still in the Orion arm in which earth is. I doubt the original races had the longevity or the ability to travel 6500 LY to the closest next arm (Perseus). The closest other galaxy Canis Major is 25000 LY away. Another poster have measured Eve cluster to be 105 LY at most. Use that for perspective against the figures above. We are mixing fact and fiction quite well in this thread? Almost makes Eve seems real ...

I don't know the jove have all ways been a small race so vs what humans have the tec lvl's could be fecking massive making a jove titan look like a pod compaired to a human frig. But i agree earth trying to retake EVE would be great mission wise. !

The backstory descriptions and explanations are inconsistent on this point. In one part it states "Humans arrived through a natural wormhole" and in another part it states its a made thing. Now this means the gate either harnessed a natural wormhole, or its a artificial one created by gate technology like the other ancient ones. Keep in mind the lore says humans did not invent gates, we simply found them and copied them. There was a natural wormhole found, and the Eve gate was created to allow the ships to go through the gate. The acceleration gates are another story, those are the ones that were "found". And most likely, those would be created by the original human settlers of New Eden.
