From that perspective yes I would have to agree but from the perspective in which I used it it is like a group of 12th grades beating up a group of 4th graders. Look at Gonads vs RASWARM FEDERATION. 140 pilots to 7500. Wow you guys sure got your licks in that time. More goonie chest beating to follow:

They failure imploded when about 20 goons started afking in their systems. Oh and as far as alliance names go, WANG was much more . WANG was firm and upright where GONAD was always slackers. Bob as an alliance has demonstrated their ability to remove any other single alliance rising in power near to their own, and have also used this force without fail. Now imagine that you want to build an indipendent 0.0 organisation. You will have to take into account, that at some point you are going be brought down by them, very propably before you have gotten into place enough infrastructure and economic base to sustain a conflict of neccecary magnitude to attack a larger, more established force. What is your best strategy at this point? Basic strategies, run, hide, fight? 1. return to empire, dismantle 0.0 operations. This will lead to the alliance failing in it's objectives, and very propably disbanding. 2. Sit in stations, poses etc. You will lose those structures, and be back to option 1 sooner or later. 3. Fight. How? It was already determined that you cannot sustain the neccecery loses, or propably have enough force to take down the opponent by yourself... As you can see, there are no winning options without significant advantage in numbers. Hence the "bandwagon". The strongest strategy for winning is always to bite the top dog in numbers, to make sure you are never at the excact top, and keep bringing down all serious competition... ___ P.S. Well, I can think of 2 other Alliances in the game specifically stating that they intend to 'ruin our Eve experience': PrivateRears with their 'kill blackscreened Noobs in Jita' plan, and Bob with their 'we intend to control all of 0.0 space.' I say I'll consider shooting at RedSwarm when these other two alliances have been ground into dust.

Goon/RA have offered space back to the people that BOB took it from. On top of all this BOB is more associated with CCP then goons. CCP will not give number but most of us know that BOB has more employee's then any other alliance. This is easy to figure out because you have to live in iceland to work for the company which pretty much kills Goon(US), RA(Russian), TFC, and IAC(french). So while Ragoons killing BOb, they killing them self, in the end, they will both die. and we will make fun of em.
