Yeah, that's the first impression I got as well. So please be very careful when sending investments. Double check the spelling and the character itself just to be safe.

There has been a pretty consistent interest amongst investors, but there is definitely a lot of room and availability left.

Just a nice little update for everyone.
The holding corp is all set up and good to go. Shares have been distributed to existing investors, and shares will continue to be distributed as more investments come forth.
This post is made on behalf of those that were waiting for the holding corp to be finalized, and also to remind everyone to check their wallets and see that their investments have gone through.

I'm not quite clear on the way this works. Bear with me...
If I, say, bought for 200 mill shares. Then i could expect a return each month of 30 mill isk. Starting from when? and do you just transfer the money each month?
And if I want to get my original 200 mill back. How do i do that? can i just return the shares to you? or do i have to find another buyer?
and one last thing. I send the money to Riethe, right?

Yes, that is correct. you can expect a minimum return of 15% every month. This is only a conservative estimate. I do not think it's unrealistic to produce even larger dividends, but the 15% is for certain.
The business will be set in full motion on October 7th. The very first dividend will be paid out November 7th, and all additional dividends will be paid out on the 7th of each month.
Yes, I transfer the money to each investor using the built in dividend system. Since you will hold shares in my corporation, I can distribute payout to everyone at once.

This is a bond. What that means is, over the course of the bond's running period (which right now is tentatively set at 6 months), you will receive dividends monthly. At the very end of the bond's lifespan, investors will be able to pull their money out completely if they have no interest in continuing their investment.
A bond is like a loan. Investors are "loaning" money, which has a monthly interest, and in the end, the entire loan is paid off.
If you decide you're no longer interested in continuing as an investor in 3 months, you can back out of your investment by finding another buyer for your shares. Based on the interest that is stirring up both on the forums and in game, that shouldn't be very difficult.

Riethe has approached me in-game but we haven't had time to sit down and decide what to do at this point. My statement at this point is for everyone to invest in this bond offering as an unsecured one. Even if something gets set up with me it may only be to the value of 25% or 50% of the plan. But again, nothing is currently secured so assume there are no securities in this business at this point in time.

I've now had a chance to talk briefly with Ricdic in game. This is hopefully the start of a relationship that in the near future will allow for the lock down of assets for investor security.
For the time being, nothing has been decided as options are relatively limited. I currently am unable to personally cover all invested ISK with an equal amount of personal assets. However, this may not stay true for a very long period of time, and myself and Ricdic will be in continuing communication in efforts to involve a trustee in the entire operation.
Right now, more than half of the shares have been claimed and everyone I have spoken to in game has felt that from the outline of my bond offering and our brief conversations that their trust level is strong enough to warrant their investments.
As a result of this, I am hoping that the rest of the shares will be purchased based on similar views, and that in the future, trust will slowly be established through active communication with investors, detailed reports, and dividends that are both on time and sufficiently large to maintain the promised return rates.
Regardless of that, attempts will be made to create even more security amongst investors, completely unrelated to dividend payouts. As stated previously, myself and Ricdic will continue to be in contact. In the event it becomes absolutely dire to the success of the operation, an agreement will be reached to introduce this secure aspect of the business.
Unfortunately, all I can truly provide you with at this very instance of time is the outline of my offering and my willingness to cooperate with any investor, and attempt to answer any questions you or others may have.
If you're unsure in the slightest about your investment, then the best possible option is to hold onto your money. In the future, there may be more options to acquire shares as the business develops.
Please read every detail provided and ask as many questions as you can think of. I have absolutely no problem if you want to convo me in game. I've already had a few discussions with a couple of investors and they decided to purchase some shares. I'm more than willing to talk and discuss this with anyone, and will always attempt to answer any questions you may have.

All shares are spoken for except for 10 of them.
In the event that someone who reserved shares does not end up contacting me directly and purchasing them within a reasonable amount of time, they will be up for purchase for any other investor.
Further down the road based on the success of the business and the interest of investors, more shares may become available. So you haven't completely missed out if you didn't catch the bond in time.

How about we give the guy a chance to prove himself with what he has got before expecting his expansion a day after share/bond sale
