2.5 Bill Providing you can wait untill the 1st/2nd of oct (7/8 days).
Spaceship command is good as is electronics but the other support skills need a fair bit of work, no point flying a command ship when it tanks worse than a BC and dishes out as much damage as a well fitted cruiser.
However still a good character.

nice show of good faith but the auction is still open as i feel this is a char that with only a very short period of training will be an excelent pvp char.

This char is no way worth 3bil Gregor Heinstile.
If you think that you are deluded, or your just an alt there to bump the auction. Though the OP states that the character is a mere week away from an EOS the OP forgets that you need the logistics skill which according to the ineve link this character does not have ... Also the support skills have been put to the back burner to train other things, you may be able to fly an EOS in a week or two but you cant fly it very well, no tech II drones, no small or medium tech II guns, no tech II reppers. Like i said not worth 3bil at all. GL with the auction though

hmm i think maybe you should look again and maybe work out the training time needed.. all she need is the specalization skill to use both the t'2 HEAVY drones none the less.. and also only needs the specalization skills to use the t'2 med guns too. so yes thnaks for throwing the bad note into my post but if you had care to read it does state with another 2-3mil sp she would be a very decent char. so thnaks for that.

Ok sorry about all that, get twitchy when dealing with large amounts of isk, i will bid 2.8Bill for now, waiting on a character sale of my own anyway before ive even got the isk.
I will bid 2.8 however providing your still willing to wait untill early next week, between the 29th and 1st of oct then i will continue where i left off with a bid of 3Bil.

So another 2-4 months training just for the basics needed at low level. Still not convinced me to put so much isk into a half trained character. 1.5 bil-2bil would be the max value

also please note only logistics is missing to level IV for the EOS which is simple to train.
and another note
Small Hybrid Turret V
Medium Hybrid Turret V
just needs small hybrid rail/blaster to IV then medium spec blaster/rail to I and it can use T2 blasters/rails
its very easy to train its less than like 1 week worth of training for the EOS. so please don't bring this auction down with the crap posts.
