I would drain my entire wallet (10-b) for a character like this. But I know it will sell for a lot more  than I could afford even though I would treat it with care.

I haven't decided on a reserve yet but it will be more than 15bil but less than 20bil.
FYI, the char has 5x lvl 3 research agents going atm.
