actually, it is. wow eula specifically forbids allowing anyone else access to your account. the only exception is if that other person is your underaged child.
in addition, there is a specific section in the wow tos addressing the selling *or* trading of accounts. it's forbidden, as well.

well if u like i can send the email i got from wow about it they sent it 3 days ago
aslong as its not money i can swap it for an other game
but the address can be changed but name can not be changed
but anyway i have got a toon for it now thanks anyway and they are happy and im happy
