T1 frigs and T1 cruisers represent quantity approach. Cheap, disposable, generally weak setups. Brain-free tactics. Good for noob traning. AF and Hacs represent quality approach. Expensive, good setup, good tactics. Paying attention to details (since cost of loss is high). The one possible exception would be a low-skilled heavy missile caracal, or a lasermaller v a wolf. They don't kill t1 cruisers well. They kill people who can't fly their ships well. They're fun ships, they're nowhere near pwnmobiles, and they aren't that great solo. "Skills and balls" don't come into it, they're not effective ships against people with a clue flying something bigger.

That's because people who fly stadnard PVP fit T1 cruisers usually end up against low skilled AF pilots fitted for PVE. Have you actually been against skilled AF fitted for PVP? For PVP I only spoke of Jaguar and Ishkur. I personally don't like Harpy and not sure about Vengeance. It's sick ship. Once I killed a Brutix but we knew he was ratting (therefore wouldn't be able to track at point blank). I wouldn't fly it solo. I would be wary of cruisers. Use the right tool for the job, af's have their niche and they're good at it. Sure you can get results from other ships and thank god for that since I'd HATE for everyone to be flying identical setups (I'm looking at YOU vagabond pilots ) :p "I got soul but I'm not a soldier"
