Since Removing Local is something, that lots of players want already (including me), it doesnt count in the therms of the contest :-)

Enable tractoring anything, with some physics implemented... So a webbed frig could tractor itself towards a bigger object... or a BS could tractor a frig towards itself (and use the SB afterwards )

Resurrection ship: Pilots can have medical clones in the Resurrection ship, so when they are podded, they end up inside it. This enables pilots to quickly return to the front lines of combat.
However, the Resurrection ship has no hangar to store ships. ;)

When mining lasers are applied to the asteroid, a closeup scan displays the content as a randomized series of colored dots arrainged in a hexagonal pattern. The more lasers/higher quality lasers, the bigger the scan. Assign a color to each of the different minerals, as such:
Yellow = Tritanium Orange = Pyerite Green = Mexallon White = Isogen Brown = Nocxium Dark Green = Zydrine Silver = Megacyte Dark Red = Morphite
Using their mining lasers, the pilot needs to align 3 or more similar minerals together to be able to form a harvestable amount. Because this is just a focused view of the asteroid, as the minerals are harvested the surface condenses, adding new ore to the top, filling the view once more. This continues until no more realignments to form harvestable quantities are possible or the rock becomes empty, at which time the pilot must move on to the next rock.

How about a little change to tachyon beams? Same damage as the Mega Beams but let it do some extra heat damage to all modules (no heat boost o/c). 
1. it would be a lovely boost to amarr 2. makes the tachyons really special 3. i would love to overheat those passiv shield tanks and watch their modules fail one by one
Oh and give us a tachyon puls while at it! (Its only a stupid idea because its overpowered.)

I have a cuppa:
* Station tractor beams - Instead of trying to bump a guy while he is undocking from a station, you should be able to move the station away from him. * Hull mining - Use your t2 mines as a weapon by mining the hull of your enemy. His ship will only disapear from space and you get the mins required to build a new one. * Make Eve open for mods... so you can undock your brand new X-wing from a deathstar if you're using the starwars mod. ...and my favorite bad idea: * Make Eve PVE only... LOL
