Still 10 minutes left of the downtime. Perhaps they patched something and checked if it worked, or nodes during the first startup died?

Usually, the server is already up by that time. This time tough, the server was hanging in an endless loop. 5 4 3 2 1 0, 5 4 3 2 1 0, 5 4 3 2 1. Which is strange, so, he made a thread about it.

Theres a difference between whinning and stating a defect.
If i was to start whinning i would put something in there like: "CCP get your act together" ... or something like that.
