It seems I can't register. The Confirm Password-field is disabled, and I get an error 500 whenever I try to register with just the one password.

I was checking the Jita part of the FF'07 pages to see if a signup link had been added (had been a couple of days since I last checked) - And there it was, so naturally I signed up right away.

I've finally managed to get registered on our group.
As the ticket was bought by VBBoy, I had to log in as my character and use his email address.
Just in case anyone else is struggling, thought I'd let you know.

I assume that this "conference" code you speak of is the FanFest pass confirmation number...? In which case, how does it handle multiple entries if I bought two FF tickets? Can I reg on multiple rooms using the same number or will it screw up?

Thank you all for the patience regarding this so far (and Wrangler for lending us his inbox and being a good sport).
We are in the process of setting up an e-mail address to which you may be able to reach us directly with your concerns and problems regarding the sign up of the Jita area. This should speed up addressing any issues which you may encounter. We will announce the address as soon as it is up.
And don't forget that you can still make suggestions for things you want to see at the Jita area during the Fanfest, be it anatomically correct Veldspar plushies or something more exotic. Even if an idea does not make it it will still be in the idea bank for consideration next year.

Not a single clue as of yet!
The plan is to have them made on location so there is no need to order them up front. You should be able to buy them straight up in the Jita area. Or that is how it is planned, more info as I squeeze it out of the Fanfest mistresses.

My apologies for not giving any update on the e-mail issue.
I am still not able to reply to mail that is sent to us but we are receiving it.
To those experiencing the 500 server error. Please wait a while and then try again. In most cases this seems to coincide with issues with the forums and website in general. If it persists then please send us another mail.
Also make sure you have typed in your conference code, group password and group name correctly when attempting to join an existing group.
If you are still having issues then please post in this thread, I'll be keeping a very close eye on it for the next few days.

Could I ask a couple of daft questions?
First, partners coming on the Sisters program; can/should they be signed up for space in Jita as well? Just thinking in might be a great place to meet up and chill out in the evenings, if space allows.
Second, will the printing of Alliance graphics be limited to what is available in game, or can we bring our own graphics to be printed; and if so, in what format and media. If not, can we bring our own pre-printed graphics. In both cases, are there any recommended or maximum dimensions?
I said they were daft.

This is currently limited to those attending that have characters in EVE Online. But I doubt we'll be turning your spouses away at the door either. So they will of course be able to accompany you in the area but most likely not sign up directly (unless they actually have a character within the game). If this changes at all, which I doubt we'll be sure to let people know in time.

Only the graphics available in the game currently. I still have not received any further information on this particular feature and I will post it as soon as I have it.

We now finally have all the information regarding the alliance logo printout that we had promised.
Sadly, we will not be including that feature this year.
We had been looking very much forward to having something neat like that available at the Fanfest but it eventually came to a technical limitation. The logos you see for each alliance in the game itself are about the actual size of them. Making them bigger will result in a blocky, grainy and plain ugly logos and we do not wish to provide a mediocre or worse feature to you.
We will be printing out small versions for each of the alliance groups that are attending and marking their tables with it. It is not as cool as the feature promised but it is a little something. Those groups that are not directly affiliated with an alliance or alliances will have to suffer with a plain text marker instead.
We are sincerely sorry that we could not deliver upon the features promised. Hopefully the Jita area for next year will be all the better.
We are anxiously waiting for your reports of your experience of this after the Fanfest with suggestions on what may be added as a feature next year.

I'm attending fanfest this year and I'm not sure but is they're a place for me to sign up on the forums for certain events or will everything be taken care of when I arrive and register.
