It is with regret that I announce that Prime Orbital Systems has closed its doors. Most member corporations will be merging with a new alliance, 'Division of Eden', but a few others will be going their seperate ways.
The executorship is being moved to a holding corp and alliance fees will continue to be paid. Perhaps one day Prime Orbital Systems can rise once more, but for now it is time for her to rest and to move onward to new and exciting things.
See you in space.

When I was just a young pilot I accepted a escrow too good to be true. Then I saw it was at a POS outpost.
Not knowing what would be ahead of me I got in a Executioner, attached a MWD, mods that allowed me to run it non-stop. Set a path though FIX, BOB, ASCN, and AXE (At the time) space. Set for Autopilot, and MWD to each gate.
Over 128 jumps one way (Because I wanted to miss places that had POD kills)
Got there and low and behold there was a RAID on that station at the time I got it. A guy named "jump" or "jumpp" told me I was unable to dock and suspected me being part of the raiding party but told me he would buy the escrow from me.
128 jumps back I missed 5 gate camps, had a FIX guy chase me for about 25 jumps, made it back to highsec empire with 27% structure left. Opened an escrow for free to jumpp in which he paid 6mil for. I made 2mil profit.
He trusted me, I trusted him, two total strangers in the thick of a raid and we made an agreement. Not many people can claim to be that honorable and most certainly not many alliance can either.
Sad to see you go, good luck.

Well what can I say.....
Flying with POS in the original days with OI and QI was great fun. Helping to pull a purely carebear alliance kicking and screaming into being an alliance with teeth was great fun though hard work. I enjoyed flying with all the OI pilots who were skilled and experienced though tired from previous campaigns and the QI guys who generally were newer to pvp and enjoyed learning and developing, your motivation was an instpiration to us all. As for ZTKDE, we were keen and enjoyed the battles and made Esoteria generally a more difficult place to attack.
As for POS, with the loss of its home, things changed and although many tried the writing was on the wall and this day was inevitable.
To all those that have flown with us, I salute you. To all that flew against us, don't think we have gone away
Though we are not POS any longer, we will always be friends.

I dont know much what happened when Oberon and Zitek were in Stain. But one thing wanna point out BOB didnt refuse any offer from us to keep our space, we refused them.

This sucks, I still have memories of seeing my first EVE influence map back in the day and seeing Prime Orbital systems holding that chunk of space (not sure which outposts/stations they controlled in Estoria even to this day actually) but it just impressed me. They were deep in the heart of 0.0, their members didn't smack it up or talk down to others on the forums and they built the 2nd outpost in the game.
All in all I really liked seeing them around, never will forget that annoucnement post they gave to BoB where it said "You might have forgotten us, but we didn't forget you." Loved it, and was hoping they'd get their space back when RSF/IAC/AAA etc pushed the GBC outta the former ASCN regions.
I hope you guys will reform one day, nothing but respect for ya and what you accomplished.

Although the orginal POS corps do not fly under the POS banner they still fight BOB in the allainces they joined. I doubt that will ever change.

Prime Orbital Systems, started an offspring from the Stain Alliance civil war, taking territory around central, Esoteria and began economically and militarily build infastructure, with a total of three outpost built ( 1 Amarr Factories, 2 Minmatari Refineries). But they withstand constant or frequent raids, and were strong support of ASCN.
Even with BoB invasion this still was there till the end, to ASCN. Even when they were evicted from there space, they kept fighting on, killing pets, and whatever logistics that were around. They even, Captured 111-FL for awhile, but seemingly after OI left, they turned into PvP alliance, and slowing there legacy faded to away..
To say, if there cycles in alliances, is far to say, I've seen many alliance broken killed from things beyond, and some by me watching by,I salute you all, for 4 months I was with you guys, when I was with OI, but well, you know, that Thes found out I was an agent forced my hand...
