1: Really depends on your definition of a kiss You didn't mention where 
2: Remeber that movies with spacecrafts are filmed in atmosphere and can do such - just like the moon landings

The hero can be shot/stabbed whatever and still kicks ass. The henchmen get shot once and drops dead even if hit in a fairly non vital area.
Henchmen can quite easily be knocked unconcious by a single punch/kick regardless of the size/strength of the indvidual.

Random people who need to look something up on a computer start slamming on the keyboard when it should take 2 clicks with the mouse and maybe a searchword.
I love the comment about hackers with 3d bull**** when they hack the FBI, Swordfish anyone? It made me laugh tho, so in my book it's now a humor flick.
SF movies need sound for space battles. Otherwise it's like watching 2001 all over again. And as for "vibrating sound" explanation sound=vibrations wich travels via the means of air. no air=no vibrations=no sound.

In a few space battles I can sort of understand it - the amount of attririon from missile and CIWS spamming releasting clouds of proppelant and flotsam from destroyed ships could possibly conduct the soundwaves.
I like the eve explanation myself - that its all simulated by the computer for the audial pleasure of the warlords.
I have no idea how to hack but it's laughable that they rotate those things - it's code not some game for 2 year olds trying to get the cylindar through the square hole 
But films wouldn't be good if they didn't have their own "special" way of dealing with things, if they used common sense half the time then it wouldn't be very interesting.
Also, why would the FBI be on the internet in the first place? Surley it's on a closed system and things would be transfered by pendrive or something if realy important

This REALLY ****es me off. The other one is the "Uploading Virus" progress bar that everyone seems to have... (Independance Day, anyone? (Along with the fact that these incredibly advanced aliens who's technology we're completely baffled by somehow not only uses the same protocols as our own, but can be hacked by one man and his laptop in the space of about half a minute...))

Not sure if there was a movie "pilot" of Quincy, but certainly in the series there was one thing that just struck me as totally unrealistic.
Quincy is always dating some late teens/ early 20s supermodel... yet he looks like Quasi Modo's uglier brother.
WTF?
I won't even bother with him barging into the Presidents office, trying to evacuate Cleveland because some kid has a cold, and getting a result.

I just remembered from Transformers, when the blonde girl (because obviously the attractive blonde girl who just came out of high school or something close to it finds the second attack before all of the trained professionals who have had decades of experience do) takes the sound to that one guy's house to analyze. It shows the sound, but then the program zooms into the sound and there are a ton of symbols floating about in some 3D space. Meanwhile the guy is madly hammering on his keyboard like it's going to accomplish something and, if anyone noticed this, he never actually plays the sound while supposedly "analyzing" it.
