After some advice from people on the forums, and some recruiting, X Bane X is now accepting small contracts in empire. We recently finished a contract against Vagrant Entity (even though the client doe snot wish to be named) they were extremely happy with out professionalism. We did not get a kill, but our war dec and intel provided allowed the client to get the end result she was looking for.
So basically, if you are looking for a small empire merc group, take a look at us, you can view our killlboards from my bio and corp info in game. Hope to hear from some people soon :)

got someone annoying your industrial corp, hire us, and we will make them go boom.
Got a vendetta against someone cause they popped you, let us know and we will be happy to make them go pop.... for a small fee of course.
Looking forward to working for you... well actually looking forward ot getting paid to shoot people but it's all the same.

I havn't seen these guys fight, but I've heard they do a good job. I can say of the corp members, however, that they are cool people, refreshingly professional and smack free.

I can be counted as one of the satisfied customers of X Bane X.
The entire corp operated with ruthless efficiency; they fulfilled all the terms of the contract several days before I expected them to be done.
Their customer service was stellar - we maintained good communications for the entire contract duration.
Their fee was very reasonable, and all of the charges were laid out up front.
At the end, Heartcarver offered to refund a portion of the fee because the contract was completed earlier than expected. I told him to keep the money as a bonus. His corp definitely earned it.
If I ever need similar services in the future, I won't have to look any further than X Bane X. They are solid, professional, skilled and reliable - everything I think a mercenary group should be.

Free bumpage is always appreciated. We are having fun fighting Stella Polar alliance atm. They win by blobbing, but when it's equal size fights we usually win those :)

Our war vs Stella Polar alliance and their academy corp 2nd Foundation has pretty much ended now. I would like to note this was a resounding success. The had roughly 200 pilots in and out of high sec coming for us.
We beat them in KB isk wise, by about 500m in damages. This is of course not counting that most of their ships were rigged, and the sheer number of pods we popped vs theirs.
All in all, it was their blobs vs our skills. Sometimes they caught us, but usually we would pick someone off, get out and do it again. I took a few losses on purpose to get the kills (vengeance was traded for a curse ^^) Rupture for a BB and cane.
This means we will be opening for business again shortly, after a little isk farming session to regain that isk lost :)

Had a very lengthy post regarding the war in here. Deleted it all.
HC, I don't know what will be with the war and stuff. But I will certainly be seeing you in Tama from time to time :) Just let me gather a bit of those SPs to be able to deal some damage.
And another thing: I confirm no smack from these guys. A bit self-assured, true, but I guess you can't help it if you are a merc. :)
P.S. I tried to use another word for "self-assured", but the profanity filter thought that I wanted to insult the guys :( by comparing them with part of a human's reproductive system. Stupid machine :(

These guys are very professional, and fun to work with. They settled our dispute in record time I think. I highly recommend Bane to anyone who's having trouble with groups that out-class your own.

Skimmed the post. Good luck in your merc status. It is a hard thing to do, basically killed my little 20 man corp a few months back.
Suggestion: edit first post and list your number of pilots, capabilities, specialities, stuff like that. Give the potential clients some info before having to login to read your bio.
