BOB has told them they cannot assist at the momemnt RISE have negotiated with ISS to move into Esoteria alongside ISS corps at the same rent as ISS corps. the original plan was to move into PMV but unfortunatly TCF had other ideas. RISE leadership state that failing activity amongst its core members led to the inability after this week to keep POS's alive. and the morale failure of the same few RISE members tryng to fight within the RIT traingle while other members never undocked.

Gneeznow Minmatar North Eastern Swat Pandemic Legion	Posted - 2007.10.01 23:52:00 - [7] I spent most of today watching Rise gather what forces they had available to them in their 6-10 pos in RIT from my cloaked rapier, with about 40 of them in local they seemed to at most be able to muster maybe 10 or 12 guys, I spent 6 hours of watching them align, then re-approach the pos, then re-align, then re-approach the pos, looked like fun.

I have opened conversations with ISS and they will welcome us into their home systems with a few conditions.( We were trying to negotiate to take over PMV from BOB ISS were caretaking it for them. but that has obviously gone by the wayside). We would have to negotiate on moons for POS's and belts for mining. Certain systems would be off limits for ratting. We would be expected to use ISS ventrillo for area defence. Rent would be payable to ISS on the same basis that ISS corps pay. In return they will give us the same deals on cap ships as ISS corps receive. Once BOB are finished with IAC the priority will be to take back our space, until then we have to have a realistic fall back position and I believe the ISS offer is the best going. The biggest problem we have is to convince our already ****ed off members that this is the best military option.I am open to suggestions on the best way to present this to the alliance.

But if your just going to ISS space, you will be in same sit, only a few weeks later. Work out a withdraw, drop your towers, and if you don't want to join the war, move too NPC space and re-build.
