I asked in alliance chat a few days ago what a sub-pet means. One guy tried to explain it to me, but he had some problems giving a good example.
I guess RISE has now trained Pet Upgrades to level 5 and they're now a sub-pet?

To realize how sad this is, people need to remember what RISE is.
They were founded by Fountain Alliance and NORAD, two very old and distinguished alliances with a long track record of defying BoB. Fountain was one of BoB's biggest opponents in it's heyday. So, take two capable, anti-BoB alliances, put them together, and you get... a defeated alliance hiding amongst BoB pets, hoping someday they'll be given their space back to them. Oh how far the mighty have fallen. 
To be fair though, many of the old FA/NORAD corps left when the realized what RISE was destined for.

It makes perfect sense though, it's like multiplying two negative numbers together and getting a positive number  I R so smart
