The Civire stares into the screen, unblinking.
Cruoris Seraphim move to Molden Heath to support the Electus Matari organisation. We will commence blooding of infidels in the region immediately.
Cyshade out.

A good day, Miss Cyshade. My name is Arkady Sadik, diplomat for Electus Matari.
I am happy to hear that you are moving to Molden Heath to support us. I have a few questions about that, though.
What do you want to help us with?
Why do you want to help us?
How do you want to help us?
Why would we want your help, considering we condemn the practices of the Blood Raiders and are not interested in the "blooding" of any "infidels"?
And actually...
Who are you?

I would not blame Pacal. From my experiences with Pacal he always means well, always has a good heart, but is sometimes disassociated with the truth of what is actually going on in Molden Heath. Regardless of his absence while I was in NMTZ he still would never do anything that welcomed pirates or terrorists to the region. ____ <t20> i want to be in a manager potition at Hooters <SaraDawn> Garthagk, do you have it up ? <Garthagk> I can get it up anytime. |

diplomats usually do their research it saves asking embarassing and insulting questions like that
Interesting. I knew that research can give answers to such questions as what some organization at some point said they do, who they shot last week, maybe what they plan to be doing... but the question of who you are is a bit less superficial than that. At least to a Matari. Cultural differences exist, of course.
And getting a public declaration of support by an entity we have so far not had any contact with warrants such a question, don't you think, Kai Zion of The Zion Accounts? I would consider it to be rather insulting to just superficially embrace a group without knowing who they are.

Cyshade, I must make this clear. We are not Ushra'Khan with our own space to defend or reclaim. This is Republic space we are discussing; we must protect it and the people in it.
The Guristas Associates presented us with a diplomatic means of doing that, and we have the assurance their presence is linked to the defeat of CAIN. Once CAIN are gone, we have confidence that TAS will return to their main mission of terrorising the Caldari spacelanes.
So I must ask what your ROE will be while in Republican space. If you are offering us your support, can we find a way that is compatible to both our missions?
Arkady, CR-SE are one of the Blood Raider factions that fight the Amarr Empire and do not keep or take slaves. Their primary base of operations is in Delve, where they have been locked in combat with Band of Brothers for the last few months.
Cyshade, should you wish to contact me privately, I shall be available, or Elsebeth Rhiannon in my absence.
But please, I ask you, don't add more strife to a region already reft with it. The loss of open trade within this region would be highly detrimental to our resources and our ability to engage the Amarr.
Respectfully,

Evanda, surely you recognise the belligerent tone of your language? This is not the language of reconcilliation you voiced so....'freely' a few months ago. What has become of your will to see peace? Like attracts like, it seems your violent ways attract more and more unsavoury characters.

You're absolutely right Ms. Char. They don't own slaves, because slaves are humans on the road to enlightenment and redemption (though it's often the masters that need more enlightening than the wards). Blood raiders EAT their captives.
. . . eat . . .
Now, exactly where in the goal of freedom and equality to all is the practice of eating people conducive to achieving this goal? Scratch that, where is it conducive to achieving this goal outside of eating Fimbulwinter pilots (who should not be eaten, on account of the numerous toxins and illicit substances in their body tissue)? When was the last time you saw a blood farm? How is that better than a slave pen? If you need enlightenment on the issue, please let me know, and I will endeavor to find a blood farm for you to investigate (bring lots of guns and friends, the raiders don't enjoy having their food freed).
Not all of your enemies' enemies are potential friends. Especially those vile monsters. Especially those children eating, blood letting, foul mockeries of the most Holy Faith. Miss Kayl, I didn't say anything about CR-SE's ritual practices becaise I don't know anything about their ritual practices. What I said, is simply a list of the facts I know; I didn't voice any judgements thereupon.
But yes, where I am given the chance I will always ask questions before I open fire. I will always offer a way to peace, whomever is on the other end of that request.

...eat? Haha! Some do, but you're most definately wrong about Cruoris. Pod-pilots are far more civilised than the run-of-the-mill base cult groups. Even Omir would find that comment hilarious.
How's Branch? That's pretty far away from Molden Heath, but I understand your concern. After all, the fringes of known space can twist a mind to believe almost anything. All those ghost stories you were told as a child are manifesting in delusions.
Fine. Stick to your delusions and wrap chaos around you, but don't cast your political smear campaign on such an elite group as Cruoris.
...They might notice you and have to laugh.

We are close allies of Electus Matari and have just taken a similar loss of an Illudium Space Products Maelstrom in the Istodard system. Probing and killing neutral mission runners is an act of piracy, and will be treated as such. Next time you move into someone else's home to offer "support" you might want to knock first.

We don't know what CR-SE are supporting us with or against. Given the lack of any further contact, and the apparent dedication to utter carnage, we have given our pilots permission to reciprocate and fire at will against Cruoris Seraphim.
So one last try. Cyshade, in the interest of our efforts against the Amarr, an enemy of both our peoples, can I not convince you to leave Republic space, so that we can continue our work against them without leaving our home lines and our allies to burn?

No, Kai Zion, we do not fund them. What would we benefit from funding pirates? I can see us hiring mercenaries against a specific targets, but what would we benefit from simple massacre.
How I think this works is pirates try to drive a wedge between good people by pretending to be nice to some of them. I hope that MH locals are not stupid enough to fall for such a basic plot.

No surprise to see you here offering your unwanted input, Naphtalia, seeing as how your methods of "helping" are directly in line with those of Cruoris Seraphim. If you had paid attention, it was our loss, because the pilot was an alliance pilot. My pilots have never engaged Cruoris pilots, nor had any knowledge of their existence before this week. So I think it's safe to assume that the pilot was neutral to Cruoris at the time of this engagement.

Thank you for the clarification. It indeed seems like the pilot might have been neutral to Cyshade..
It just ****es me off to see people that watch two groups fight immediately asume they are 'firing on a neutral' ... the only person that is able to confirm the standings of said pilot is Cyshade.
