While some state that "war is good for business", out of experience, I have to say that at least too many pirates in Molden Heath are somewhat bad for business. Our goal is (among other things) to open the region for commerce, not to close it down.
Implying that we would hire an organization to pirate in Molden Heath is pretty insulting.
Implying that we would hire an organization to do so, let them tell the public that they are there for our support, and let them shoot our people, is quite amusing, though.

So yes, I do push my products and push them hard, because I use the profits to defend this space, and carry the fight forward against the Amarr - and yes, even they buy my product. Even devout PIE member Vlad Konstantinov helped replace an EM Eos he killed by buying rigs from us.
And yes, that CR-SE's area of operation was Delve at the time did play a part in my choice to take the risk. So did their association with Omerta Syndicate.

The confusion seems mutual. The "morality" was brought in by a believer in some fancy God of sorts. We haven't done any judgement of morailty here.
What people do outside of Republic space is of little concern to us (RSS stations in Caldari space count as Republic space, before some witty person steps up), unless it involves Matari people.
A group shows up in Republic space. They are neutrals. We try to talk with them. No reaction is given. Said group starts to shoot neutrals in Republic space. That makes them pirates. As we negotiations failed, we give our pilots permission to shoot them, as we do with other groups that shoot neutrals in Republic low-sec.
Nothing special, nothing extraordinary, nothing weird about it. Quite simple and honest.
But of course this is all a cover story for our hidden agenda.
By the way, I'm happy you don't change your beautiful text images at times, that would really confuse people, and no one would notice.
