1) Change invention from need T1 stuffs to make T2 BPCs to need T2 item and normal R&D ingredient to reverse engineer to make T2 BPCs.
Prices can be more dynamic due to BPO holders and not solely due to mass inventors.
2) Promote more incentives to player killings through skill and not through blobbings. Player killings should not be only about territory and worthless loot.
Skillful killings should be rewarded.
When you pod-kill a player with more than 2M SP, 5% SP of the highest ranked skill are taken away randomly from the podded player. The SP loss will be redistributed to killers who appear on killmails.
More incentives to small group engagements. Blobs will remain as territorial purposes. Newbs get to level up quickly if they try their luck engaging players.
Players with less than 2M SP will not get SP transfer even if they pod kill older players. In any case when a newb player is in a vet gang, SP transfer for the whole gang is nullified. Killed players will also not lose SP in this case.
Give a chance to new players to catch up vets and give more reason to go small gangs.
3) Low-secs bastardization because they are useless. No point to have low sec because you cant defend or control the space. No bubbles in low-secs so remove them via changing low-secs to high-secs and null-secs.
Make the space like a chess or checker board. Choke points are everywhere between high-null borders. Make it so there are 70% null-secs and 30% high-secs. It would sort of make a newb island in the middle but bigger than it is now because low-secs are changed to highs and nulls.
Everyone would be happy. Players who do not like null-secs can live in high-secs. Bubbles will work everywhere except in high-secs. Sentries and Concord are found in high-secs.

You think invention should already require a t2 item to invent? Riiight. Make invention harder. I should need a rook to be able to make more rooks. You're totally right, invention is way overpowered and those cartel running inventors need a nerf. Great plan. I can see why you suggested it.
You think making people lose SP when they die no matter what will reduce blobbing? Yes. Now that I'll lose SP I'm going to jump right out there and fight solo. Great plan. I can see why you suggested it.
You want to remove low sec so it's all high sec and 0.0. So it's either bubble or concord safety. Yes, that will make everyone happy. Great plan. I can see why you suggested it.

Level what???
On a slightly less sarcastic note, there might be some merit in 'scoring' kills on the new kill mail/kill board system. e.g pop a t1 barge with 70 of your mates on the kill mail 'score' a low number of points - pop a HAC with your trusty T1 cruiser solo scores a higher number of points.
Other than that little to see here.

Um #1 is so flawed. How are we gonna get tech 3? Tech 3 is going to be invention only, and if it requires a tech 3 item... where will you get it from? Invention is wonderful how it is, and will be getting better with rev 3. Not to mention the point of invention is to not rely in tech 2 bpo holders. If you were to make invention NEED a tech 2 item, they just raise their prices, and inventors now have to pay more to invent an item, so their price rises, and we are back to there we were before.

Must say id like to see a reduction in Blob warfare, my last death at 19 involved parties just to kill a tempest!
In fact every death ive had are due to ridiculous numbers. Gets alittle boring and lame because i dont want to be in a blob personally.
So im with you on that one.

There is no way you can incorporate an SP based "experience" grind to EVE without fundamentally breaking the game. On paper it seems like a creative idea, and I will give it that, but in practise it will be exploited to the mass detriment of the game, and will change PVP into a much more WCS-laden affair. People are already big pussies in this game when it comes to PVP.. why encourage that?
I've always been a supporter of most of the stuff you put out there, but this time I'm gonna have to side with reason- this change would kill the game.

After reading the OP that is debatable.
I do have to thank you though after a rough night at work where it seemed everything went to hell in a hand basket your post did give me a good laugh; which I really needed.
But as someone else said if people are going to start losing SP from being killed its just going to promote even bigger blobs, becuase people are not going to want to have to keep relearning the same skills over and over again.
