Are there any plans for scientis love? Personally I'd like to see either an additional skill for a single person to do more research jobs (eg advanced lab op +2 instead of 1) or a follow up skill on the advance skill allowing more jobs.
And are there any plans for the POS labs to allow external users, so you can rent out your labs or similar (as well as allowing alliance members to use all features?). But allowing external pilots in some form would be great.
So what's the word on future scientis changes/additions?

Extra job capability would be interesting, but it should be limite to mobile labs, or estabilished player will rent all the public lab slots and new players wanting to be scentist will have not access to any facility.
Opening mobile laboratory slots for copying and invention and all the research on T2 BPO fo members outside the owning corporation would be a great thing. Even better if they could be listed as public available slots.

Right that is a smart cap, a lab skill that will only affect the number of jobs at a mobile laboratory. That is a very smart solution imo, never thought of it like that.
Mobile Laboratory Operation... +3 jobs per level for mobile labs.

The changes in the charater creation system has made it possible to make a toon with Lab OP V research III and science III with roughly 34minutes training of scientific networking 1 you can make an alt to sit in the station and remote install jobs in your POS from station corp hangar (as long as you have an office there ofc).

Of course but that still does not enable my character to run more jobs as I still have to switch between the alts (and in my case which is irrelevant - I don't want to join any more pilots in my corp).
And as for invention, that is not something you train your alts to do in just an hour or so, as well as the money involved in the invention skills etc. If all future tech levels is going to be based upon some sort of invention, reverse engineering or similar tbh 11 jobs just don't cut it I think.
Trading, you have skills to manage up to like 100 orders, contracts you got skills there to, 11 is a bit low I think - but at the same time like #2 said, we don't want to clutter the public science more than it already is (since that doesn't happen to market/escrow).
And I really can't see any major downside to allow more jobs being performed at mobile labs.

Getting copying and T2 research ability for alliance members at mobile labs would be nice.

I see your point of view however speaking for myself I've used the alt slots with the method I mentioned previously and use them for the mundane research and copying Jobs which frees up my research job capacity for invention.

humm if this is for research only i'm hoping this will cover invention/copying/ME/PE and not just dedicated towards either of them as they are.
imo say you had max research skills and are able to do 11 jobs in total. it would be nice to be able to do 11 jobs in each of the fields stated so in total you could do upto 44 jobs per character. obviously limitations due to new players and such but still having the ability to do that instead of having to chose would be nice 
also is that any chance of uping the ability to use RnD agents on the research project management skill too so that they could probably use 2 agents per level instead of just 1?

You know.... if 1 person could do more with the same skills, there'd be no motivation to buy multiple accounts.
My old corp did the whole T2 production gig, and very successfully, but we needed 11 characters or so between 5 people to be able to have enough slots
