Don't do any of that myself, but i'd go with NAIR. Shaving makes it grow back worse and waxing would be extremely unpleasant.

My upper chest hair is pouffy but sparse. Sort of like Sonny Corleone when he was about eight.
Will shaving it really make it come back thicker? Thicker like Dodi? Thicker like Fredo? I shaved my head one time and now it looks like Fredo's. I don't want that to happen to my chest. Then the only hairy thing on me will be me arse.

Shaving and waxing are either painful, promote fuller growth or itch badly upon regrowth. Plait it if its that long TBH it's not worth the hassle, just grin and bear it (pun intended).

My friend once used hair removal cream to get rid of some chest hair.
He didn't read the instructions properly and left it on for too long.
It made him bleed

waxing does not promote growth since you rip out the follicle in its entirety. If you MUST trim your cheast hair, wax it. do NOT shave. your girl will hate stubble on your chest, and the hairs grow back thicker and darker because of shaving.

I once had my girl to wax alittle hair of my leg and it hurt like hell, So ill never wax anything thats for sure. And then i had a hairless stripe on my leg for awhile, looked kinda stupid.

about 6 months back I bruised my hand badly(it is still not fully healed to give you an idear of how badly.. no its not broken, went to hospital to get x-ray taken) so had to tape it in for a few weeks till I could somewhat use my hand again. seeing taking of the tape the first time was almost as painfull as bruising it I decided to shave my hand/lower arm to get rid of that problem.
Anyway shaved my arm about every 2-3 days for 3 weeks and hair is just like the rest of my arm and other arm. not thicker or anything so I wonder where that "growing thicker" thingie comes from ;s

Fact: Shaving will not make hair grow back thicker/fuller.
Have you considered just trimming your chest hair?
That way you dont have to do it as often as if you shave/wax.
Thats what I do anyways, as I too have a natural coat.

Nair/shave it first, then once it grows back a bit, get it waxed. After its waxed, it wont come back for a month.
