Jeah i got the same problem with the same Graphics card here (HD 2600 XT)
Still waiting for a fix from ati are we?

Yes sadly. I know its not only ATi users. Came to the conclusion that it is a driver issue.

same problem here, new ATI x1650 card.
works better in full screen then in window mode, but still gets some glitches in full screen.
when running dual accounts background goes white sometimes.

i have the same problem too
i have ati mobility radeon 2600 hd and it works fine with vista but not in xp

Well i'm still having this issue too. My card is also broken (not related to issue) so i will be throwing it away and saving for a more expensive card (nvida doesn't have an equivilent performer in the price range). Don't get me wrong, nvidia has loads of it's own problems, just not with the games i play.

Ok, just to add to this I'm having the same problems with an ATI MOBILITY RADEON X300.
I'm up for trying anything to fix this, but I can't believe someone suggested a defrag

I've also noticed that when I tractor wrecks/cans, they align themselves at where the sun appears to be, then moves back to its original place.

same problem here and i just bought a NEW ati card that i am too, very satisfied with. i have the old card, but why replace it? they are both ATI...before the new card, there wasn't a problem.

Same problem here.
Had an ATI x1800 no problems
upgraded to 2900XT got transparet icons and if I run two clients together it flickers and looks like one client is being randomly superimposed over the other.
I had one pilot docked in a caldari station and one in a mini station and the lights from the caldari were flickering on and off of the mini one. the UI also seems to superimpose from one client the the other.
I only have these problems with XP tried out vista to see if made a difference and all was fine. except for the fact that Vista takes exception to my soundcard and wont let me use it
