Meh, only lost an arbitrator once when drunk.
Seemed like a great idea to mwd 60 km to a domi and kill it. He then had a 10 man gang warp in to make sure I'd die!

to date, losses that can be credited to alcohol... hmm
3 X mission Domi's <you need to turn on reppers and hardeners sometimes> 1 x megathron 2 x brutix
I try to avoid pvp when i'm drunk unless there is someone there to tell me what to do to keep my bad decisions to the minimal... Unfortunatly I have no idea on the sobriety of the people in my gang so the technique has questionable results

Yes! In fact I lost my mission runner Hurricane last week for just this reason. I walked away from the computer for something while the ship was en route to a mission site. In my defense, I thought I'd already killed all the rats there. Nope.
On the bright side I bought a Dominix afterward and those level 4's have been melting for me ever since.

Uh.... countless harpy's, one with gistii mwd's
My latest and most tragic example was flying a cov-ops frig filled with BPO's and BPC's, literally hundreds. Flew into a bubble, decloaked by drones, popped, podded...
Not even the killmail I got was long enough to contain all the destroyed BP's. Made me a sad panda.
I'm still not quite sure if this makes me a crappy eve pilot or an alchoholic.... then again, alchoholics go to meetings... I'm just a drunk.

navy poc, couple of regular pocs as my losses up to date.
Not to mention a t2 bpo in a navy frig as losses due to drunkness.
My most unhappy experiences up to date have been waking up, looking around to try and figure out where i am, discovering that im at home somehow, logging in, then discovering that im 500-1000 mil short in my wallet cause i discovered something during my blackout that i could double my money on overnight but instead paid twice as much for some **** i didnt need :)

I've had a few alcohol-assisted losses over the years...
The first Gistii A-Type SSB I ever bought ( and last, coinidentally) had just been equipped on my first shiny Hawk, but I had to travel to Osmon for the T2 rails for it. I had a -4 sec status at the time. Osmon is a sec status .8 system. And no, the booster did not survive the explosion. I owe that particular 80mill loss to the customs officials and captain morgans spiced rum.
Fast forward about a year, this time I'm in a mission running Harpy farming L3's for faction (for some reason I lose alot of AF's). Needless to say, I feel asleep in the last stage of one mission with a hauler and one cruiser npc alive, they slowly over the course of 15-20 minutes killed my harpy and I woke up to see the last explosion trailes and my pod.
Could have been more expensive, but still a big hit to the epeen :D

Night went like this: 10 pm: Challenge roommate to a drinking game. 11 pm: I'm losing... Status of bottle: 1/2 bottle of vodka left. 11:30 pm: I kinda forgot what happened at this point, but I got in eve, and decided to try to run my transport ship back to empire through hostile 0.0 Status of bottle: 2 sips left, and I was in merely my unmentionables with my laptop in bed.
It was about this point that I began this conversation in corp:
Me: I have consumed the better part of a bottle of hard liquor, and am running a viator through 0.0, any bets on my ability to survive? Corp Mate: ...5 mil. Me: Done deal, yo. <Insert about 10 minutes here, checking auto pilot path to find quickest route> Me: Man, this route is kinda long.... <5 more minutes> Me: Oh, I had selected "Prefer less safe"! lol! Corp Mate: .....10 mil.
Oddly didn't lose that ship, or anything that night.... except perhaps a good number of brain cells.
