They must have been somewhere else, and I accidentally left my "different location" overview profile on.

Reminds me of the "we killed 1 dread" or "we went roaming with 10 guys" battle reports... ;-) isn't it funny how some people advocate both GTC<=>ISK trades and EVE being superior due to its cruelty and costly losses, when they use the former to circumvent the latter?

If you have problems with the report, make your own and provide us with an account from your perspective. CAOD is much better off with more battlereports and less spam, but that's just my opinion. Or is this just a case of "****, we lost, quick spam the thread"?

I'm willing to bet they would correllate strongly with fail. I will note, secondarily, that as a point of interest, the GBC posts a lot of these lately. I sorta miss the old Molle arrogance.

I am not sure if this is directed at my post, but I will assume it is. You may or may not note that I am not a part of the GBC, nor do I wish to be. I was part of the so called "coalition", in the great alliance Morsus Mihi, but due to their understandable demands on their members which I did not feel that I would be able to fulfill, and due to the fact that they side with the goons, I chose to take my leave. I take an interest in the dealings of 0.0 alliances, and feel that it enhances the game greatly to be able to read about the political and military goings on, but I also feel that it is virtually impossible to do this with all the spamming and smacking going on at present. I would never claim that BoB's chestbeatings during the ASCN war were any better, but the situation right now is completely unbearable. The current war has polarized the community to such a degree that there seem to be signs of actual hatred in some posts. This game has taken on such a serious tone that it simply diminishes the fun. Right now (possibly because they have a positive momentum going) the "coalition" shows the most abundant signs of "taking the game too serious", especially the goons, who are known to mock others for this very behaviour. This is clearly evident in this thread, where a simple battlereport is grounds for a myriad put-down posts from the "bees". My humble request to both sides is, stop taking the game so damn serious. Start having fun, and not necessarily just by gloating over the failure of your in-game enemy. In the spirit of fun, keep this part of the forums clear of spam and vile hatred, and provide us un-involved parties with more detailed reports so that we may see what is going on. That is all.

It is presumptuous to believe an alliance is dead while you are fighting them. Rise is not dead, though they will most likely loose their space. IAC is not dead, and "IF", I emphasize so people understand hypothetical scenarios, it get's close to as with Rise, it will take many more months before GBC actually gains a firm foothold in IAC capital constellation. Of course, the same can be said IF the war heads to delve. But, we have all seen how things can turn unexpectedly, especially in this war.
