Damn, nice site. Unfortunately I don't have any 1337 video skillz, but I hope that it takes off. You should have people promote it at fanfest.
P.S. An idea - create an option to automatically upload and convert any specified video from eve-files. That will help.

OP: One advantage of eve-tube.com is that you can count on all the videos there to be eve-related. This opens up a few cool posibilities regarding how you organize your information and lets you add a bunch of data to your database regarding the videos:
-Ship types involved
-Corporations involved
-Alliances involved
-Type of combat (PvE, solo PvP, small gang PvP, fleet PvP, POS warfare, etcetera)
-Region filmed
And a bunch of other cool things. EVE files currently doesn't have anything like this and it could be a big reason people upload and watch videos on EVE-Tube instead of there.

One minor suggestion:
Given that most of your videos will have a black background, I think you should add a white outline to your "play" button in the center of each video. Currently, it can be a bit hard to distinguish from the video depending on the background.

You should look into getting some Google Ads for funding - It should let you get some better servers and offset your operating costs. We can't expect you to keep this website up for us for free, especially since it looks like all the extra traffic WTFPWND it.
