Doesn't sound like they're having much fun with Eve at the moment, which sucks no matter who you are. The IAC guy who pointed out the lack of documentation has a point, too. Sure, it could have and should have been tested on say, Sisi first, but hey, these things happen. Chin up fellas, just focus on having fun, that's all that matters in internet spaceships. Respect to Klutch too, by the way. He sounds pretty upset but isn't making an "I Quit" dummy-spit post, which given the situation, is pretty admirable. Ah well, continue the gloating.

Lack of documentation is no excuse, if they really knew no one that knew anything about hangar arrays (nice 0.0 alliance & allies there) they could have petitioned it before oh I don't know blowing up their own capitals on a hunch.

But of course as we ALL know the Goons are always right when they post stuff. Yes have fun - seems abit hard when you have Goons bent on destroying your fun. Pretty sad that they find happiness in posting garbage all the time and can't post anything constructive. Oh well - I guess there will be 20 or so more posts here flaming me by the Goons. Looking forward to it.

I think they should wipe away the bitter tears of self-righteous indignation and go outside for an afternoon. Maybe then they can come back to the internet with a Goon's perspective. Or maybe they'll just come back to the forums and whine a little more.

paracidic Confederation of Red Moon Red Moon Federation	Posted - 2007.10.07 05:36:00 - [111] Well I will respond to this to enlighten the masses, Laugh all you want, We were building supercaps in that pos right up until about 5 days before the goons superknobblobbed the systems and pos spammed us out of sov, so hahaha right under your noses, ahahahaah Anyway, This is what happened, I read every patch note and info portal on the subject. Nothing anywhere say that the capship maintence array goes offline when the system losses Sov, infact to be quite honerst, k-9 is the absolute first in the game to suffer this effect and as it was only changed to be this way when the sov patch came in June it really has not been tested. We petitioned this as we saw it and continue to see it as a ships hanger should not go offline despite sov as the patch notes only claim that it takes sov to anchor them. (also new since the patch) and this tower and arrays have been up for over 2 years. Multiple levels of responses gave us 0 faith in ccp, the game masters or the game. However testing on SISI (thank-you very much) showed us that it is a bout a 50-50 chance of ship destruction when the ships maintence array pops. As the Goons have such embedded and capable spies we decided to pop the hanger ourselves and take the risk. It would be better then letting them do it and getting what ever pops out at that point. So again right under their very capable and watchfull eyes we took the tower offline, waited until just a couple minutes before the tower reonlined and popped the array, Lots of ships came out, sadly all 3 of the capships stored there we not recovered. But to be completely honest that is just as well, since the 50-50 margin favored us this way, however it may have come to pass that if the goons were given the opportunity to pop the tower that they may have recovered all three of the cap ships. We decided that with the fact that the only 2 ways to save those ships were: 1) To regain Sov. Thanks to the pos spam laid down by the rsf this was impossible or: 2) Pop it ourselves and see what happens. So 2 it was. and we got no cap ships back but neither did the goons. So what was lost to us remains lost to us. Big Frigging Deal. However do to this we are competely finished as a corp and as an allaince and have moved to high sec to mine. As Aftershock stated earlier, ignore any capital ship with an RMF logo, They simply do not exist. We are still waiting on the result of ongoing petitions. So aside for the goons smack please anyone in a similar position take note and do not allow your capital ships ( or any ships for that matter ) to remain in the cap ship maintenece array when Sov is in question. And understand that lots of hours prolly over 20 were spent in research before we had to take this drastic action. And also know that the consent of the owner of every cap ship lost was given and they knew the risks and as such I feel really bad for their losses, but again a ship that is dead cannot be stolen and used against you,. We simply choose the lesser of 2 evils Para for RMF btw if we are so irrelevent wtf are you guys still posting about us? You killed us remember?
