Fairly straightforward setup:
8 425mm II
100mn MWD, 2 Tracking Computer II, medium cap booster, 2 SB II
3 MFS II, RCU II, DCU II
Shoots out to 250km with spike and good skills, cap stable.
edit: beaten by elmicker with a very similar setup, except mine actually fits  .

I can't use T2 Large Rails yet so I use
8 x 425mm Named (Faction Iron Ammo)
3 x Tracking Comp II's
1 x 100mn MWD
2 x SB II's
3 x Gyro Stab II's
2 x PDU II's
I get 211km Optimal and the DPS with faction ammo ain't so bad. Edit:- With BS V
Yep it's vunerable but in a fleet fight you play the odds of not getting called primary  and if you do (or if a Titan turns up ) you GTFO quick

Faction Uranium is the ammo you want to use. +40% range (which ever is +40%) + 50% from the ship = +90%. That gives you the range you want. No point out ranging everyone else if you are going to be working in BB groups. If everyone is a Rokh or there is a special Rokh only BB squad out there - then I am sure there are different rules. But flying next to a tempest who reaches, with falloff, to 180, while you are using ammo that reaches 250+ is just a waste of dps and is pure stupid.

seriosuly, other then some disagreement on the 'extra' mid, this ship is a no brainer to fit.

I hope that by Gyro stabs you mean Magnetic stabs.
