Yesterady I lost my bs 20j-30j in deep space. I warp to belt=>no belt=>warp to next=>client crash=>pod... nice... 20j to safe space. ok. np.
Today I log into EVE and waht I see? 201!!!! jumps to safe space!!!
WTF!?
I write petition to GM - pls transfer my pod to safe space. Something is wrong and i have 201 jumps to safe area.
U think he can help me? NO! What for... Its my problem...
What for I pay? Why he can help me? Any1 can answer me?
(I trying diffrent way to safe space. No way)

Yup and u probably had "avoid podkills" checked on your autopilot aswell. Cos 201 jumps makes no sense at all.
(Also, on a side note, your not allowed to post images on the forum)

no, it isn't. you have avoid podkills enabled or something is set incorrectly.

Try to think this logically, my friend. Do you really think the autopilot with the right settings would take you through only low security systems? You have 3 settings to choose from. You must now have the ŠPrefer less secureŠ option checked as this does not make sense otherwise. From the picture I can see that you are located in a system called CB4-Q2. If you canŠt figure out how to use the map and autopilot just say the words and IŠll use my map to look for a route to that system (IŠm located in secure space). IŠll then paste the route here and I can assure you that it wonŠt take 200 jumps.
And my GM experience is excellent, they have been able to help me out numerous times. In fact, GMs RAWK! so I donŠt think they are trying not to help.

its simple..... the GM's are here for technical support when you get a technical problem.... your just being lazy or scared "i dont want to travel this far on my own"
so the GM's should just move you? hey..... I'd love to be moved out to deep space and back again at GM request!

The shortest route, (ignoring poddings or anything else) should be around 24 jumps (my data doesn't include any of the new outer gates) for the route you had plotted out in the screenshot.
I got back the following result:

You should carefully check what settings you have enabled in the map, and try toggling them on and off to see if it's a display error. If that's the case, get some screenshots and try and get a log from the logserver to submit in a bug report.
Naturally, it's worth noting that I don't guarantee the accuracy of that path, nor that it's at all safe to use. It's provided merely to illustrate that 200 jumps is clearly much longer than you may need.

I think he is saying that it is not that he doesn't know that he can jump back home, rather he just want to know why no GM would help him. Or, that's what I think he says

From the screen shot it clearly shows that you have selected 'safe' route in your settings. Set the 'shorter' route.

Safer is 201 jumps within all o.o area? Super! In my opinion in deep space safer.shorter dont have matter. Finaly after reinstall client a be able to back to safe zone.
Question is still active - Why GM dont want help me? (after 12h im still talk with GM XXXXX about it, and he still cant answer me why. All i hear is "We cant... He cant.. Give us more money")
Maybe my english is not good but after 2h beg he can move my poor pod to safe zone or closer.

There does seem to be some sort of issue in some of the autopilot schemes. I haven't had the time to test it again, but there was a time when I was in Amarr or Yulai and heading over to Tuomuta to pick up something... I set destination to get ready to AP over, and the stupid thing was telling me some outrageous like 24 jumps (don't use safer route, don't avoid pod kills). Knowing this route to be something like 8-9 jumps normally, I knew this 24+ to be absurd. I jumped manually to the next system and tried set destination again, and had the appropriate 7-8 jumps left on AP and was fine. I really should find some time to try and set it up again. I'm pretty sure it was from Luminaire or Yulai, because IIRC jumping TO Amarr fixed it.
And 201 jumps is stupid.

Because GM's do not exist to shuttle you around if you lose your ship way out in deep space. GM's exist to resolve technical support problems, and to catch (and ban) expoiters and griefers. They are not your personal chaufferer.
Matter of fact, the Polaris member above proposed an excellent solution to your problem. As for your other problem, I suggest you reach for the self-destruct button.
