All Combat Leadership skill lvl V (Fleet command lvl 4)
Command Ships lvl 5 (Amarr/Caldari ready)
 Bonus remap available.
With a little training Dread ready (I am also ashamed of the drone skills, but it's a command bonus pos squatter)
I know the drone and gunnery skills are a major turn off, but after digging this guy out of the clone vats I wanted to focus on Command skills only then get him Capital ready, but I don't have much time left to keep him up and would hate to see him goto waste. His shield skills are currently in queue.
Because his skills are a bit unfocused, I'm setting starting bid at 10 bil (His leadership skills are a rare trait so I feel it's worth starting here)

Thanks for your bid Baladon but I have already received an offer at 8 bil and that is currently top bid. I appreciate you interest but I want to be fair and keep the first one who bid the top bidder.

Please note, the Buyout will not change due to your offer...
The buyout is still 12B, anything under that is a bid.
Bids will be held under record until you are either outbid, or the buyout is met.
On another note, this is a great character... Whether its afk command ship buffs for ratting or T3/Nighthawk.

Thanks for the clarification Strife. The reserve has not been met. Have also received a satisfactory offer but the bidder says he needs more time to make the official bid. Auction will still run until 23:00 or until buy out is posted.
