And what is your reserve? Kinda pointless to get involved in a bidding war if all you're gonna do at the end is pull back, saying offers were too low.

If you're going to change the terms (i.e. the requirement of posting bids on this thread) then so am I. I hereby withdraw my 16 mil bid.
