Last week, we laid the groundwork for some super standard issue alliance fleet ships with the Laser Megathron class. Let us do the same for the also viable Railgeddons and Blasteradons. |

Autoscorp-with-random-crap-in-the-mids is better, altho i have not tried railgeddon, only autopoc, autoscorp, and laserthron.

Lavens are one of the staples of fleet operations, and quite possibly the best battleship sniper in the game.
I don't know what it's like in BoB and, frankly, the more I work with them directly the less I am starting to care.

I have experience with railgeddons. I mounted 7 t2 425's and was messing around shooting corp mates. It doesnt work and is a horrible idea.

Rens 911 has decided to adopt this new fitting as standard issue in liu of our current standard T2 blasterthron setup, thank you for the excellent fitting advice.

The number of tracking computers, sensor boosters, and cap injectors you can fit on them is simply staggering. I just mocked up a fitting quickly, and I'm doing over 400 DPS with Mega Pulses and t2 Cruise launchers. The requirement for 3x t2 RCU and a PG rig (or t2 RCU if you're not fitting reps) might seem a little steep, but when you consider that it's a cap-stable setup with Layzors, you stop trying to resist and just accept that the Laven is the ultimate fleet PvP ship.

It's terrible. A low-damage hyperion or a drone-nerfed low-damage megathron at best.
TBH the Apoc is only worthwhile because the Abaddon can't keep tachs going long enough with it's **** cap.
