Starting effecive immediately.
IAC has instituted NBSI for all systems in the Catch region, and a portion of Curse leading up to Sendeya.
It is a sad time when we are forced to do this and rest assured that we will return to NRDS when the hostilities subside. To any neutrals who currently occupy our space you are on notice, now is not a good time to be in Catch.

as much as I applaud IACs NRDS sentiments, it was always sketchy. i think you make more trouble for yourself trying to cling on to anything other than NBSI, particularly at times like this.
honestly, just declare universal NBSI, instead of this, "only on a Thursday, when the sun is in high-noon, and the wind blowing from a north-west-west direction" nonsense. otherwise it's just too confusion for the average eve punter, and even more so for the majority that don't frequent the forums so much.
