Wouldnt that make some HACs obsolete? Phobos > Deimos More CPU, PG One more mid. (Dual Web?) Same resistances. Armour/Shield ammount No drone bay. 10m/s faster.

It's a roden ship, there are a variety of ways they can screw it with the bonuses. It's great not being Amarr, ain't it?

Which is why that crappy AOE 1 point scram seems to exist (and i believe all effects but the 1 point happen to the user, not receiver).
